Terms and Conditions

Please take note of our terms and conditions. We are fairly easy going with most things as you may know however we do have a few rules for good reasons. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the below:

1. We reserve the right to charge our clients the full price of their respective treatment (£40 – 30 mins, £50 - 45 mins, £60 - 1 hour or £95 - 90 mins) when they cancel or change their appointment within 24 hours of their appointment time. This is because we only treat up to 6 people a day. If we turn down customers due to appointment slots being full and then get a short notice cancellation or rescheduling it leaves us out of pocket with rent to pay and with an hour of the day without work. Please endeavour to let us know with a minimum 24 hours notice. Thank you for understanding.

2. Any promotions advertised at any time do not include Gift Vouchers. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date issued. Any promotions are time restricted, usually to 1 month. It therefore stands to reason that they remain separate and Gift Vouchers remain the original price of £59 per hour treatment regardless of any deal or promotion on at the time of purchase or treatment.

3. Please wear underwear or loose fitting shorts for treatments. You will be under the towel during treatments but may need to be assessed on your first appointment. However, if you are uncomfortable with this please call or email us and we can discuss your needs or worries and hopefully put you at ease.

4. When creating an account to book an appointment online using Setmore, you will automatically be added to our Mailing List. You will receive a Welcome Email, and any other monthly promotional emails you will be able to unsubscribe from at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe button in the footer of the email or by contacting me directly. Please note, we will never share your contact details with any third party.
